1. Responsible for the daily food preparation and duties assigned to meet the set standard and qualities.

2. Support the Demi Chef de Partie or Commis I in the daily operation and work.

3. Work according to the menu specifications by the Chef de Partie.

4. Keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions.

5. Control food stock and food cost in his section.

6. Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate Superiors to complete the daily tasks.

7. Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques.

Pay: From AED2,400.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- COMMI II: 2 years (preferred)
