HR Officer

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive **HR Officer** to join our team. The HR Officer will support the Human Resources department in implementing HR policies, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. This role includes daily administrative tasks and plays a key part in maintaining an efficient and productive HR function.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions.
- Maintain and update employee records (e.g., personal details, job position, attendance).
- Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies.
- Support the performance appraisal process and monitor probation periods.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Maintain the confidentiality of employee information and HR matters.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer, HR Assistant, or in a similar HR role.
- Familiarity with HR software systems ERP.
- Solid understanding of labor laws, disciplinary procedures, and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
- Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
