Job Title: Video Editor - Television Program Production
Company: Well-Established Television Channel Producers, Kerala & UAE
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Edit raw footage into polished television episodes, teasers, trailers, and promos.
Collaborate closely with producers, directors, and creative teams to bring storytelling visions to life.
Ensure content meets broadcasting standards and deadlines.
Add sound effects, background music, transitions, and visual effects when required.
Manage color grading, audio syncing, and enhancement for the final output.
Archive and organize video content for easy access and future use.
Work on-site at various shooting locations in Kerala and the UAE as needed.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in a television or media production environment.
Proficiency in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and broadcast-quality standards.
Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling, rhythm, and detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Fluent in Malayalam Language.
Degree/Diploma in Film Editing, Media Production, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Prior experience in television program production is a plus.
