Magnum Security, established in 2003, offers security services across various industries in Dubai. We are currently looking for a Sira Administrator.

The SIRA Administrator is responsible for managing all activities related to SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) compliance, ensuring that all security personnel are certified and compliant with regulatory requirements. The role includes coordinating training, maintaining records, managing the SIRA portal, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and SIRA.

**Specific Duties and Essential Functions**

**Training Coordination**:

- Coordinate SIRA training for new security guards, including registration and scheduling.
- Manage renewals for expiring SIRA certifications to ensure compliance.
- Schedule and coordinate retests for security guards who fail SIRA exams.
- Track and document training outcomes, ensuring all guards achieve certification.

**Handle all activities on the SIRA portal, including**:

- Renewing existing SIRA IDs.
- Cancelling SIRA IDs when guards leave the company.
- Updating the company profile and related information on the portal.
- Regularly monitor and check for any SIRA fines or notices and address them promptly.

**Compliance and Coordination**:

- Ensure 100% of the security guards employed by the company have valid SIRA IDs.
- Update and communicate SIRA training results to the HOD - Operations and Payroll Officer for records and payroll adjustments.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure all SIRA compliance requirements are met.
- Monitor upcoming renewals and take proactive action to avoid lapses.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of SIRA IDs, training schedules, and results.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on compliance status and updates to management.
- Ensure all SIRA-related documentation is securely stored and easily accessible when required.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated with any changes in SIRA regulations or processes and ensure the company’s compliance practices align with current requirements.
- Provide recommendations to improve internal processes related to SIRA compliance and training

**Skills & Experience**
- Age: 28-40
- Nationality: Any
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: Minimum of 2 Years of handling SIRA Portal
- Others: Driving License
- Skills: Physically fit, Well-groomed, Dependability, Detailed
- Oriented, Integrity, Surveillance Skills, Good Judgment, fleet and Operations Management and Effective Presentation

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
