Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate technical drawings and detailed plans for wood joinery projects.
- Interpret client specifications and translate them into design concepts.
- Collaborate with designers, architects, and project managers to ensure designs meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
- Create shop drawings, cutting lists, and assembly diagrams for production.
- Ensure all designs adhere to industry standards and best practices.
- Review and revise drawings as needed to meet project specifications.
- Provide material and hardware specifications for each project.
- Assist in problem-solving during the production phase by providing technical support.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Wood Joinery Draftsman or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of wood joinery techniques and construction methods.
- Knowledge of woodworking machinery and processes is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CNC programming or operation.
- Background in furniture or cabinetry design.
