**Job Summary**:
The Arabic Chef is responsible for creating authentic and innovative Arabic cuisine, ensuring that all dishes reflect the rich culinary traditions of the Middle East. This role involves menu development, food preparation, and leading the kitchen team in the execution of high-quality Arabic dishes. The Arabic Chef must have a deep understanding of Arabic flavors, ingredients, and cooking techniques to deliver a memorable dining experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Menu Development and Planning**:
1. Design and develop a menu that showcases a variety of traditional and modern Arabic dishes.

2. Introduce seasonal and special dishes that highlight authentic Arabic ingredients and flavors.

3. Collaborate with the Executive Chef or management to create special event and themed menus.

**Culinary Preparation**:
1. Prepare and cook a wide range of Arabic dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts.

2. Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards, maintaining authenticity and quality.

3. Use traditional cooking methods and techniques to enhance the flavor and presentation of Arabic cuisine.

**Ingredient Sourcing and Management**:
1. Source and select high-quality Arabic ingredients, including spices, herbs, and specialty products.

2. Work with suppliers to ensure the availability of fresh and authentic Arabic ingredients.

3. Manage inventory levels of Arabic ingredients, ensuring they are adequately stocked and stored.

**Staff Training and Development**:
1. Train kitchen staff in Arabic cooking techniques, ingredient usage, and proper food handling.

2. Lead and mentor the kitchen team, ensuring they understand and can execute Arabic dishes to standard.

**Qualifications**:
1. Culinary degree or equivalent experience, with a focus on Arabic cuisine.

2. Proven experience as an Arabic Chef in a professional kitchen setting.
