**Job Title: Drone Assembler**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assemble UAVs using pre-made components, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.
- Conduct manual assembly tasks, including soldering and circuit testing.
- Fit and finish metal and composite materials to exact specifications.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve any assembly issues.
- Perform quality checks on completed UAVs to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols.
- Document assembly processes and maintain accurate records of completed work.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly efficiency and product quality

**Education and/or Work Experience Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in UAV production or a related field.
- Experience with VTOL (Vertical Take-Off and Landing) UAVs.
- Familiarity with flight controllers such as Pixhawk and similar systems.
- Knowledge of drone regulations and safety standards in the UAE.
- Ability to prepare and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in soldering and basic electronic assembly.
- Proven ability to work with composite materials and metals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Good communication skills and the ability to report issues and progress clearly.
