**1. Employee Life Cycle Management**
Coordinate with various HR & Admin Back-Office Process Owners for closures, smooth functioning as well as experience of stakeholders
Assisting in employee onboarding and employee exit activities
- HRIS, insurance, implementing disciplinary actions
Coordinating with the PRO as and when required as per the requirements stated by the local laws
Attendance and Leave Management for the staff and workers
**2. Employee Engagement**
Coordination and Arranging for the various events in the organization
- Rewards & Recognition, Monthly Birthday Celebrations, Welcoming New Joinees, Farewells, townhalls, office trips and other activities
Workplace communication on employees’ major life events (joining, birthdays, marriage, baby birth etc)
**3. Admin Coordination**
Monitoring inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes while Serving as the liaison between administrative personnel and senior management, communicating needs and concerns
Supervising Reception desk, Office Assistants, Travel Desk, Housekeeping and workplace Hygiene etc.
**5. Fleet Management**
Managing the escalations through company car coordinator, driver grievances, manage driver attendance
**6. Other General Administration and Operations Duties**
Providing ad-hoc HR & administrative support to any of the other functions, as necessary and in line with business requirements
To be a process custodian and ISO representative for ME HR (SOPs documentation, performance metrics, training, audit etc.)-Under Guidance of ISO Process Owner at Back Office
Managing Petty Cash
Utilities Management for maintenance and repair
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
