**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Welcome patients and visitors.
- Serves patients by greeting and assist/convincing them on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.
- Scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
- Optimizes patients’ satisfaction.
- Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying provider of patient’s arrival, reviewing service delivery compared to schedule, and reminding providers of service delays.
- Comforts patients by anticipating patients’ anxieties, answering patients’ questions, and maintaining the reception area.
- Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.
- Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years experience as Receptionist
- Time management skills to provide updates and fixes within a promised time frame
- Customer service skills to interact professionally and positively with employees and coworkers.
**Salary**: AED9.00 - AED99.00 per month
