**Job Description**:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. As a Business Sales Consultant, you will be a key driver in our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that align with our clients' needs and objectives.

**Salary Starting from 2500 AED**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Identify and research potential business clients through various channels, including online research, networking events, and referrals.
- Generate a steady stream of qualified leads and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- **Client Needs Assessment**:

- Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and pain points.
- Analyze client needs and develop a deep understanding of how our products/services can address their specific requirements.
- **Solution Presentation and Consultation**:

- Deliver persuasive, informative, and compelling presentations of our products/services to potential clients.
- Tailor solutions to each client's unique needs, showcasing the value and benefits our offerings bring to their business.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Build strong and enduring relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, follow-ups, and personalized attention.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions to enhance their business success.
- **Negotiation and Closing**:

- Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure new business deals.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to share insights, challenges, and successes.
- **Market and Competitor Analysis**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Utilize market knowledge to position our products/services effectively and differentiate them from competitors.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Industry-specific experience may be advantageous but not mandatory.
