Tusmo real estate is looking for multiple qualified Real Estate Broker / Senior Property Consultant in offplan market or secondary market **( SALES EXPERIENCE IN ANY FIELD IS A PLUS)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect for potential clients through various channels, including networking and cold calling.
- Conduct consultations with clients to discover their property preferences and financial capabilities.
- Prior experience & knowledge of Off-Plan sale or secondary Sales,Rent
- Coordinate property viewings and accompany clients to properties.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Negotiate on behalf of clients to reach favourable terms and prices.
- Prepare and present purchase offers to sellers.
- Facilitate the closing process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is accurately completed.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective clients and manage ongoing client relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a real estate agent or sales consultant.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with local real estate regulations and practices.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
