**Your mission**:

- Develop and manage physical transactions for grains
- Maintain a solid relationship with customers and suppliers
- Provide an efficient framework for risk management
- Handle pricing with customers and execution of contracts
- Analyze regional market trends

**Your profile**:

- Around 6 to 8 years of experience in a similar position
- Degree in business administration, economics or a related field
- Strong knowledge of grains markets and soft commodities landscape
- Experience working in/with MENA
- Proven track record for building businesses in an entrepreneurial environment
- Skilled in decision-making and negotiation
- Fluent in English, any other language an asset
