As a Salesman, you will be responsible for prospecting and generating new leads, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our comprehensive pest control solutions. Your primary goal will be to identify customer needs, present our services effectively, and close sales to achieve monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential clients in residential and commercial sectors.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer requirements and industry trends.
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Schedule appointments and conduct onsite visits to assess pest control needs.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to highlight the benefits of our services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to secure new business.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor offerings to effectively position our services.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the pest control or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
