**Job description**
- **Sales Strategy & Planning**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets in line with market trends and organizational objectives.
- Analyze and assess local real estate trends and market conditions to identify business growth opportunities.
- **Team Leadership & Development**
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales, setting individual sales targets and ensuring the team meets collective goals.
- Conduct training sessions to improve the team’s understanding of market strategies, customer relation tools, and sales techniques.
- **Client Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to drive client satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
- Oversee client interactions to ensure the highest levels of service, responding to inquiries and managing client expectations throughout the sales process.
- **Market Research & Analysis**
- Conduct competitive market research to keep abreast of competitors’ offerings, pricing strategies, and service standards.
- Identify and report on emerging trends that could affect the company’s market share, and propose strategies to address these.
- **Sales Operations Management**
- Oversee the sales operations, including lead generation, conversion rates, customer follow-up, and pipeline management.
- Ensure all sales activities are recorded in the system, providing accurate reporting and sales forecasts for senior management.
- **Coordination with Other Departments**
- Work closely with marketing, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth sales processes and compliance with UAE regulations.
- **Reporting & Compliance**
- Prepare and present sales reports, analyses, and forecasts to the senior management team.
- Ensure compliance with UAE’s real estate regulations and industry standards, including RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) policies.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE real estate laws, regulations, and RERA guidelines.
- **Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (a master’s degree is a plus).
- _**Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate sales.**_
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the UAE market.

**Language**:

- Arabic (preferred)
