**Job Summary**

Responsible for sharing qualitative content on different social media channels(mainly facebook). Responsible for generating leads and building relationships with clients. Assisting clients for getting the basic information of the projects,filtering the leads, classifying the leads into different levels. Assist and convince the clients to make an appointment and some immediate or urgent follow ups if needed.

**Responsibilities**:
Generate leads from online sources.

Engage with clients and get all necessary information about client needs.

Ensure smooth transfer of clients to ICS/OCS.

Generate leads by creating engaging online content.

Book appointments and with clients for viewing do follow up.

Follow up with existing and potential clients about their preferences, interests and requirements in booking apartments.

Explain all terms and conditions to clients.

Keep clients engaged by building a relationship with them Address all client concerns.

Ensure no misunderstanding, no delays in execution and no wrong information exchange.

Make professional relationships with following department; OCS & ICS.

Upload customer details on CRM platform

Submit accurate details to team leaders and managers.

**Job Requirements**

Good understanding of all social media platforms, especially Facebook.

Multilingual will be plus, especially Arabic speakers.

Proficient in marketing research and social media operations.

Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns.

Working knowledge of ad serving tools.

**Skills Requirements**

Good communication, written and verbal in English is must.

Computer proficiency is must.

Self-motivated yet customer-focused.

**Salary**: From AED1,000.00 per month
