We are presently seeking to hire a highly qualified **OHS Officer**who will ensure workplace safety compliance with local regulations and company policies. Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and training programs. Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Specify the output required from the job. Identify key accountabilities and their performance indicators**.**
- Perform audits across all sites to assess compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure adherence to local, national, and international safety regulations and company policies.
- Identify potential hazards, conduct risk assessments, and implement control measures to prevent workplace incidents.
- Investigate accidents, near-misses, and workplace injuries, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct safety training sessions and toolbox talks for employees.
- Monitor and enforce the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure safety equipment is maintained.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HSE roles.
- Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations.
- Familiarity with safety management systems such as ISO 45001.
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Audit and inspection skills
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and presentations.
