**Position: Mortgage Advisor**

**Location**: Dubai, UAE
**Experience Required**: Minimum **1 year** as a Mortgage Advisor in Dubai

**Who We're Looking For**

An experienced professional with a strong understanding of:

- UAE mortgage regulations, products, and procedures
- Working with banks and financial institutions
- Guiding clients through the full mortgage lifecycle (pre-approval to disbursement)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Advise clients on mortgage solutions tailored to their financial needs
- Liaise with banks to negotiate competitive mortgage offers
- Maintain client relationships through regular updates and transparent communication
- Stay updated on market trends, rate changes, and lending criteria

**Requirements**:

- At least **1 year of experience** as a **Mortgage Advisor in Dubai**:

- Familiarity with home loans, buyouts, equity release, and Islamic finance options
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
- Organized, self-driven, and results-oriented
