- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design,

or a related technical discipline.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and/or other 3D CAD tools (required).
- Certification in HVAC Design, Fire Protection Systems, or Plumbing Design

(preferred).
- Familiarity with ASHRAE, NFPA, BS/EN, and UAE Municipality Design Codes.
- 3-5 years of experience in mechanical drafting/design, preferably in

residential estates, luxury villas, hospitality, or high-end interior fit-out

projects in the UAE or GCC.
- Experience working closely with architects, interior designers, and MEP

teams.
- Familiarity with site coordination, material specifications, and design

documentation.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- mechanical drafting/design: 3 years (required)
- material specifications, and design documentation.: 2 years (preferred)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and/or other 3D CAD tools : 3 years (required)
- ASHRAE, NFPA, BS/EN, and UAE Municipality Design Codes: 4 years (required)
- HVAC Design, Fire Protection Systems, or Plumbing Design: 3 years (required)

License/Certification:
