**Job Title: Quantity Surveyor - Pre & Post Contract**
- **Job Description / Role**_
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect, engineers, and/or the client.
- Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
- Undertake cost analysis for renovation and maintenance project work.
- Prepare and analyze costing for tenders.
- Maintain awareness of the different building contracts in current use.
- Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
- Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers.
- Prepare estimates and costs of the work, and when the project is in progress, keep track of any variations to the contract that may affect costs and create reports to show profitability.
- Create detailed material list and submit RFQ for materials required for each project based on the estimated quantities and coordinate with procurement team for technical verification of submitted quotations.

- MEP & HVAC Works.
- **Qualifications**_
- Civil Engineering Degree or relevant discipline.
- Additional qualifications in Quantity Surveying will be advantageous.
- **Job Requirements**_
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in UAE.
- Ability to handle multiple jobs at one time.
- Ability to complete quantity take-off in an efficient manner.
- Good communication and correspondence skills.
- Experience with contracts would be advantageous.

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month

- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
