**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead ELV technicians and subcontractors during site installations and commissioning.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and ELV layouts.
- Ensure proper implementation of installation activities as per approved shop drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with the ELV engineer and main contractor on project requirements and progress.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Monitor tools, materials, and manpower utilization efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of daily work progress, test results, and material usage.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover procedures with relevant stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Technical diploma or ITI certificate in Electrical/Electronics or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in ELV systems in construction or MEP projects.
- Strong knowledge of systems such as CCTV, access control, BMS, PABX, MATV, and fire alarms.
- Ability to manage teams and coordinate with other disciplines.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
