- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for aluminium and steel projects, considering factors such as materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors, and overhead costs.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to gather necessary information and ensure accurate estimates.
- Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities to the project team.
- Review and analyze supplier and subcontractor quotes to ensure competitiveness and compliance with project requirements.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive cost database for future reference and estimating purposes.
- Prepare and present cost estimates to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Assist in the preparation of bid packages, including supporting documentation and schedules.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in aluminIum and steel estimating.
- Knowledge of aluminium and steel materials, fabrication, and installation processes.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Experience**:

- Aluminium and steel estimating: 3 years (required)
