**Job Overview**:
As a Holiday Consultant at Al Suwairi Travels, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their travel needs, curating customized holiday packages, and providing expert travel advice. You will work closely with clients to understand their preferences, recommend the best destinations, and ensure smooth booking processes. Your success will be rewarded with attractive incentives and commissions based on your performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation**: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and requirements for holidays, both domestic and international.
- **Package Customization**: Create and offer personalized holiday packages, ensuring the best possible experiences for clients.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on travel trends, popular destinations, and promotions to provide clients with informed recommendations.
- **Sales and Booking**: Handle the booking process, including flights, hotels, and tours, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmations.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process, from initial consultation to post-travel follow-up.
- **Incentive Growth**: Actively work towards achieving sales targets and maximize commission opportunities by meeting client needs and closing deals.
- **Market Research**: Keep track of industry trends, competitor offerings, and new services to continually offer clients the best travel options.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in travel sales, tourism, or customer service is highly preferred but not mandatory. Fresh graduates with a passion for travel are also encouraged to apply.
- **Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
- **Language**: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
- **Passion for Travel**: A genuine interest in the travel industry and helping clients create memorable holiday experiences.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Basic knowledge of computer systems and travel booking software is beneficial.
