**Job Profile**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules, focusing on finance-related functionalities such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting.
- Collaborate with senior team members to gather business requirements, analyze user needs, and translate them into technical specifications for system customization and development.
- Participate in system testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the quality and functionality of finance modules within MS Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Support end-users by providing training, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance on utilizing MS Dynamics 365 F&O finance functionalities effectively and efficiently.
- Assist in documenting system configurations, processes, and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure consistency in system usage and maintenance.
- Contribute to the identification and resolution of system issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks within MS Dynamics 365 F&O finance modules, working closely with technical teams and vendors as needed.
- Stay informed about updates, enhancements, and best practices related to MS Dynamics 365 F&O finance functionalities, and proactively share knowledge with the team.
- Adhere to project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards, following established change management processes and protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and business stakeholders, to support system integrations, data migrations, and process improvements related to finance operations.
- Demonstrate a commitment to learning and professional development, actively seeking opportunities to expand knowledge and skills in MS Dynamics 365 F&O and finance domain.

**Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or information systems or equivalent.
- 3+ years of consulting experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach to tasks and assignments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, including MS Dynamics 365 F&O and related tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work independently under supervision.
- Previous experience with ERP systems or finance software is a plus but not required.
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Motivated to pursue relevant certifications and professional development opportunities in MS Dynamics 365 F&O and finance domain.
