**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Content Creation & Planning**: Develop and manage comprehensive content calendars across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring timely and engaging posts that align with client brand voices and goals.
- **Campaign Execution**: Oversee the implementation of social media campaigns, ensuring they are optimized for target audiences and drive engagement.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track performance metrics, generate insightful reports, and analyze data to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- **Brand Management**: Work closely with clients and the creative team to ensure consistent and high-quality content that aligns with brand guidelines.
- **Trend Monitoring & Innovation**: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media, adapting strategies to keep our clients ahead of the curve.
- **Community Engagement**: Manage interactions and foster relationships with followers and customers, ensuring a positive brand image.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Must have excellent English communication skills.
- 4-5 years of proven experience **(agency experience is an added advantage)** in social media management, particularly in creating content calendars, generating reports, and running campaigns.
- Expertise in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Strong creative skills with an eye for design and content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to speak in Arabic is a plus.
- A proactive, results-driven approach to managing campaigns and achieving goals.
- Must be residing or willing to relocate in Abu Dhabi.
- Immediate joiner is preferred.
