- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the product organization.

**Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Translate market insights into actionable product strategies and feature prioritization.
