**Scope of Work**:
The General Foreman will oversee daily operations at project sites, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role focuses on managing infrastructure maintenance projects such as roads, bridges, tunnels, and underpasses.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Supervise the core construction team to comply with directives from the Site Superintendent and Construction Manager.
- Oversee execution of work, ensuring quality and production targets are met.
- Understand and enforce run rates established by the site management team.
- Manage and guide proper use of tools and equipment.
- Ensure completion of daily maintenance, cleaning, and safety checks for equipment.
- Supervise duties of Foremen and Crew members.
- Provide project progress updates to Division Manager, Senior Managers, and customer representatives.
- Prepare crew performance appraisals.
- Track materials and inventory while identifying needs.
- Install, troubleshoot, splice, mid-sheath, and repair Fiber Optic Cable as required.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance for equipment, generators, vehicles, and trailers.
- Communicate status updates to leadership and customers in a clear, concise, and timely manner.
- Organize and plan resources and schedules to ensure proper workload distribution.
- Responsible for final Quality Assurance / Quality Control of work performed by crews.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure maintenance.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficient in understanding and interpreting technical drawings and project plans.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
