**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain employee records, both digital and physical, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Assist in onboarding new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
- Respond to internal HR-related queries and guide staff on policies and procedures.
- Help organize training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
- Process HR documentation such as contracts, letters, and benefits forms.
- Update HR databases with new hire information, attendance, leaves, and terminations.
- Coordinate with payroll for timely submission of attendance and leave data.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.

**Job Profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities.
