We are looking for someone who has experience in warehouse, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system and documentation.
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of a company's warehouse and inventory management systems. This role requires strong organizational and multitasking abilities, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The Warehouse Supervisor will ensure proper storage and documentation of inventory, coordinate shipping and receiving activities, and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods in the warehouse.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including verification of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using appropriate systems and software.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Implement and enforce safety and security procedures in the warehouse.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow.
- Continuously review and improve warehouse processes.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- **HACCP for Warehousing & Distribution Operations**:
- Proven experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse and distribution processes.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and software.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
