Prepare quotation for client / dealers.

Make the reservations as per procedure for the customers requirement and make sure its done so as to avoid shortage of materials.

Track the stock available and promote accordingly to showroom customers

Prepare monthly sales report.

Contribute suggestions of bestselling lines from store client / dealers for ordering.

Achieve Monthly targets.

Welcome & greet all customers in a warm and friendly manner / attitude.

Full fill the customer profile with all the information of the customer.

Proactively identify when a customer needs help and how to adjust their service style to suit the needs and requirements of each client.

Contact and follow-up with the customers who visit the showroom( whether purchase the items or just comes to showroom to see the products).

Ensure customers receive exceptional customer service by telephone as well as within the store.

Explain and inform the customers about the Product return and exchange, refund policy.

Explain the customers the time of delivery, the advance payment if material to be reserved and installation and demonstration procedures and charges.

Inform Sales Manager regarding any product quality issues, or any issues being faced.

Takes responsibility for analyzing stock management information available to ensure sales opportunities are maximized.

Ensure the showroom has installed the products on display way the best and keep the showroom presentable to the customers.

Ensure all the product labels in the showroom.

Highlight the features and benefits of all products to customers including technical terms.

Ensure the store is fully replenished at all times and re-merchandise as required.

Makes Sure all the daily collections, receipts and other documents are all checked and up to date.

Update daily customer database report.

Update daily sales report of the showroom.

Responsible for opening and closing the store

Ensure the products in the showroom display are in working conditions

Ensure till systems are fully functional and operational at all times and notify the IT helpdesk / line manager regarding any un-resolved issues.

Ensure the AC, store lighting, telephone support systems are well maintained fully functional and operational at all times (in conjunction with the maintenance team).

Ensure the store fire alarm system, smoke detector; emergency lights are fully operational at all times.

Lead by example to demonstrate high levels of customer interaction and service

Communicate with the technical department for any installation and demo that has to be done.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

- female applicants ;
- Arabic speaker is a must;
- have at least 3 years experience in home appliances sales;
