**Administrative Responsibilities**

- Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital.
- Prepare and manage official documents like invoices, contracts, and reports.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure adherence to company policies and government regulations.
- Prepare administrative reports for management.

**Accounting Responsibilities**
- **Bookkeeping**:

- Record financial transactions in the Microsoft Excel
- Maintain ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**:

- Process invoices and track payments.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables.
- **Banking and Reconciliation**:

- Handle bank deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.
- Monitor and reconcile petty cash.

**Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in accounting Ms excel
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of office and financial management tools.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
