**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales Activities**:

- Identify and target new sales opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Present and sell IT products/services, such as hardware, software, cloud solutions, cybersecurity tools, and IT support services.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

**2. Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide pre
- and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Act as a point of contact for customer queries and ensure timely issue resolution.

**3. Market Research & Strategy**:

- Stay updated on IT industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and execute promotional campaigns.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the client base.

**4. Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines in CRM tools.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in IT sales or related field (1-3 years preferred).

**Key Skills**:

- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Additional Skills (Optional)**:

- Knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, or networking technologies.
- Certification in sales (e.g., Certified Sales Professional - CSP) or IT solutions.
