**Job Summary**:
The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the day-today operations
- of car fleet of **Car On Call Limousine**. The position will work closely with management of the team of drivers to ensure the operational goals of the company are met. The Operations Manager will oversee all operational activities and ensure that the fleet is running efficiently safely and while meeting the company’s customer service and financial goals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the daily operations of the fleet car team, scheduling including, routing, and maintenance
- Develop and implement operational plans and policies.
- Monitor the performance of all fleets, ensuring they are meeting operational objectives.
- Track and analyze operational data, making changes to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Communicate with customers and drivers to ensure all transportation needs are being met.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and legal regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure operations run smoothly.
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize cost and maximize profits
- Train and manage staff.
- Manage budget and resources.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in fleet operations management (Past Limousine experience is mandatory).
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Limousine (required)
