We are looking for a **Marketing Executive** for Fragrance Industry Private Label manufacturing who will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to promote our perfume products, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. You will play a vital role in shaping the company's marketing initiatives, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's overall objectives and product offerings.
- Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns to promote our perfume brands across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and offline events.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitor activities. Use market insights to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.
- Coordinate and execute product launches, including planning launch events, creating marketing materials, and driving promotional activities to generate excitement and sales momentum.
- Work with the creative team to develop compelling marketing collateral, such as product brochures, videos, and visuals, to effectively communicate product benefits and brand identity.
- Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, bloggers, and media outlets in the beauty and fragrance industry to gain exposure and endorsements for our perfume products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide marketing support and sales materials that assist in generating leads and closing deals.
- Analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives using relevant KPIs and metrics. Use data insights to optimize marketing strategies and budget allocation.
- Assist in the development and management of marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources to achieve marketing objectives
- Ensure that all marketing materials and activities adhere to industry regulations and legal requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A specialization in Marketing or Perfume Marketing is beneficial.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Marketing Executive in the UAE fragrance, beauty or cosmetics industry
- Passion for perfumes and a strong understanding of fragrance trends and consumer behavior.
- Excellent creativity and a demonstrated ability to think outside the box when developing marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven marketing decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create engaging marketing content and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
