**Job Title**: Cleaning Team Leader - Kitchen Hood Cleaning

- **Hands-on Approach**: Team Leader will also work with the team during the job.
- **Reliability**: Dependable, punctual, and responsible.
- **Flexibility**: Willing to workday **and night shifts** as required.
- **Experience**: Strong knowledge of **kitchen hood cleaning techniques and safety protocols**.
- **Driving license is a plus**, but **not mandatory**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise the cleaning crew on kitchen hood cleaning assignments.
- Actively participate in cleaning tasks along with the team.
- Ensure all jobs meet quality and safety standards.
- Maintain and handle cleaning equipment and chemicals properly.
- Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor in a timely manner.
- Provide on-site training and guidance to team members.
- Communicate professionally with clients when needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in **kitchen hood cleaning** is required.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties.
- **Driving license is an advantage**, but **not compulsory**.
