To be a successful female receptionist for an aesthetic medical center, you would typically need to have the following:
Preparing the patients medical record for admission, registering them and assist in filling out forms

Obtains patients signature for general consent and confidentiality.

Protects patient right by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.

Obtains and maintains adequate documents as necessary for insurance approval and ensures approval prior to the admission.

Issuing an invoice in the system if requested.

**Experience**:

- Medical Receptionist: 3 years (preferred)
