**Key Responsibilities**:
**Elite Client Experience**
- Deliver a personalized, white-glove shopping experience to VIP and high-net-worth clients.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with luxury clientele through exceptional service and bespoke offerings.
- Handle special requests, private appointments, and exclusive product showings with discretion and professionalism.

**Operational Excellence**
- Maintain impeccable store presentation, upholding the highest luxury standards.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring exclusive pieces are showcased flawlessly.
- Ensure seamless daily operations, prioritizing efficiency and discretion.

**Sales & Business Development**
- Drive sales and exceed revenue targets through a consultative, high-touch approach.
- Develop and execute client engagement strategies, including private events and exclusive previews.
- Leverage CRM tools to nurture and grow a loyal, affluent customer base.

**Leadership & Team Development**
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team dedicated to excellence in luxury retail.
- Provide coaching on high-end sales techniques, product expertise, and VIP service standards.
- Foster a culture of sophistication, professionalism, and passion for fine jewellery.

**Brand & Merchandising**
- Curate and maintain exquisite visual merchandising aligned with brand prestige.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand presence through elite events and campaigns.
- Stay ahead of luxury trends, ensuring the boutique offers an exclusive, in-demand selection.

**Financial & Strategic Oversight**
- Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and optimize profitability.
- Analyze sales trends and customer insights to refine strategies and maximize revenue.
- Implement security measures to protect high-value inventory.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably in fine jewellery or high-end fashion.
- Expertise in high-ticket sales, clienteling, and bespoke customer experiences.
- In-depth knowledge of gemstones, jewellery craftsmanship, and industry trends.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and business acumen skills.
