**Job Summary**:
Assemble furniture and joinery products with precision, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Collaborate with production and quality teams to deliver high-quality finished products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assemble furniture and joinery items based on technical drawings and specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and assembly instructions.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to ensure precise assembly.
- Inspect components for quality and accuracy before assembly.
- Identify and resolve assembly issues, such as misaligned parts or material defects.
- Maintain tools and workspaces in good condition, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Follow safety procedures and ensure proper handling of materials and tools.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
- Report damaged or missing components to supervisors for prompt resolution.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in furniture or joinery assembly.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and assembly instructions.
- Knowledge of furniture assembly techniques and materials.
