Your Role:
As a Veterinary Cardiologist, you’ll bring advanced cardiac care to our patients, working closely with a talented, collaborative team. You’ll perform diagnostics, surgeries, and contribute to an exceptional standard of care that builds trust with pet families and referring vets.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide specialized diagnosis, treatment, and management of cardiovascular diseases in a variety of animals.
- Interpret diagnostic tests including echocardiograms, ECGs, thoracic radiographs, and cardiac biomarkers.
- Advise pet owners on diagnosis and medical treatments for their animals with compassion and clarity and confidence.
- Monitor the progress of patients under your care and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of patient history, treatment, and progress.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years experience in a specialised veterinary cardiologist role
- Experience in surgeries such as: Pacemaker Implantation, Cardiac Biopsies and Valve Repair
- A Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent from an accredited Veterinary School.
- Completed residency in Veterinary Cardiology (board certification a plus).
- Excellent English speaking skills and client-relations abilities.
- Commitment to high standards of patient care and continuous professional development.
