Currently hiring an Accountant with real estate operations, minimum 3 years of UAE experience to perform key tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist with preparation of financial and statistical statements and reports
- Analyze financial information in order to identify discrepancies
- Liaising with auditors
- Preparation & Follow up tenancy contract.
- Knowledge of Government rules, regulation and leasing towards the property Management
- Follow up with vendors for accounts payable and keep in touch as needed for collections and ensure bills are paid on time
- Facilitate all incoming payments and outgoing cheques, including printing, obtaining signatures for, and distributing cheques as necessary
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial data
- Compile and prepare routine reports and summaries and recommendation to management.

Real Estate Accountant qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting with real estate operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good command in Excel skills.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Real Estate: 3 years (required)
