**JOB DETAILS**:
**Job title**: Associate Manager, Marketing - GCC

**Reports to**: Sr. Director, Sales - HSP/MENA

**Business Unit**: Injectables

**Location**: United Arab Emirates

**Job purpose**:
support in formulating marketing strategy for the country with focus on strategic brands and offer the needed experience to subordinates and junior marketers responsible for life cycle management, brand positioning, territory market planning and execution.

**Job Specific accountability**:

- Creation of Marketing plan for the assigned products, therapy area. Supervise product managers in conducting plans for assigned products.
- Implementing marketing plan tactics through promotional materials and marketing activities.
- Monitor Marketing plan implementation for the assigned therapy area in coordination with sales team.
- Prepare & conduct product knowledge training for the assigned products in coordination with medical department.
- Conduct field visits with medical representatives to monitor plan adherence.
- Ensure all marketing plan activities are aligned with compliance rules and regulations.
- Analyze market trend and in-house sales for assigned products (historical and vs. target).
- Corrective plan upon contingencies and sales deviation from target.
- Develop KOL list for assigned products and therapy area.
- Follow up on registration with RA department on assigned products.
- Five years Business Plan creation and update for assigned products.

**Education & Experience**
- B.Sc. Degree in Pharmacy or other medical background
- 3 years’ Experience in Marketing
- 5-6 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
- Consistent track record of high performance

**Experience in Anti-infective and hospital management is preferred.**
