Rigging Foreman

Fully Understand Rigging Requirement and able to complete it independently Using appropriate lifting Gears.
Review permit requirement for the activity assigned and verify the attachments required.
Assess the Job location and identify for any additional requirements.
Perform preliminary site visits on work locations as required.
Daily Co-ordination with Appointed person, Site Engineer and others for execution plan and status.
Continuous Supervision and monitoring of Undertaken permits, ensuring work is carried out in a timely and safe manner.
Be alert and attentive to any scenario which may disturb the crew and site activities. Communicate to seniors for further advise.
Discusses and resolve daily site problems with Site Engineer, if required escalate it to the Manger.
Study and understand the Lifting activities and identifying the proper methods, Lifting plan, Statutory & Regulatory requirements.
Guide and control the person assigned for the job.
Adhere to Client and Project guidelines.
Adhere to the Company Policy.
Adhere to the company’s Management Information System.
**KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES**
Through knowledge of Lifting Gears used in lifting activities
Minimum 5-7 Years of experience in Rigging activities as JP
Should be able to independently lead job, Clarity on Erection methodology, Type of lifting gears.
Fair knowledge of English language.
**MINIMUM QUALIIFCATION: -**
Diploma/ ITI.
Minimum 5 to 7 years of practical experience in working at supervisory level in Oil & Gas sector.
Previous ADNOC Offshore approval will be added advantage.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
