**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Timekeeping and Attendance**:

- Record daily attendance and working hours of employees.
- Monitor and report any deviations from scheduled hours or shifts.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and labor regulations.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of employee hours worked, overtime, leave, and holidays.
- Enter data into the payroll system or provide accurate reports to payroll administrators.
- Keep track of project-specific hours for billing purposes if applicable.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Generate regular reports on attendance, overtime, and leave balances.
- Prepare reports for management review and decision-making.
- Provide accurate information to support audits and compliance checks.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Communicate with employees regarding timekeeping policies, procedures, and discrepancies.
- Coordinate with HR and supervisors to resolve attendance and time-related issues promptly.
- Collaborate with payroll department to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll.
- **Systems and Tools**:

- Utilize timekeeping software or systems effectively to record and manage attendance data.
- Ensure familiarity with relevant software and tools for data entry and reporting purposes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a timekeeper, preferably in a civil construction.
- Knowledge of timekeeping software and systems.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

**Salary**: AED 2,500 Fixed +Accommodation + Transportation

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
