Job Description;
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Filing and maintaining records of inventory levels and sales statistics for items that are being stored in warehouses
- Coordinating shipping operations, including arranging for delivery trucks and ensuring that items are packed properly for shipment
- Maintaining the company’s website by updating it with new products, promotional offers, and other relevant information
- Reviewing customer orders to ensure they are correct and contacting customers if there are any issues with the order
- Creating customer accounts, processing customer orders, tracking customer shipments, and updating customer information on an ongoing basis
- Encouraging repeat business by providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Working with marketing staff to develop campaigns that will increase sales of specific products or drive traffic to the company website
- Reviewing incoming orders to ensure that they meet legal requirements regarding age restrictions and product content
- Processing returns and exchanges of faulty or damaged goods, as well as processing credits issued to customers who return items that they did not purchase from the company

**Salary**: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales - Publishing, Book Store): 4 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Arabic (preferred)
- English (preferred)
