- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Banking with 3+ years’ experience in Compliance processes and procedures

**Customer / Stakeholder**
- Collaborates with AHB stakeholders to ensure adherence to Regulatory compliance policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert opinion/advisory on compliance related questions from various business stake holders
- Compilation, evaluation, and Submission of compliance regulatory reporting to Ministry of finance/CBUAE/SCA without fail on time

**Processes**
- Provide opinion/advisory on compliance to regulatory requirements
- Obtaining required extracts from ITD, evaluate and compile reporting in the respective templates, ensure submission to respective authority on time
- Implement automation of internal reports.
- Represent compliance department in various project committees of the bank and provide required support/opinion or sign offs on decisions taken by such committees
- Lead the implementation of compliance policies and procedures and adherence regulatory requirements.
- Lead regularly communication channel with AHB stakeholders on any matters or issues related to compliance.
- Prepare/ Review compliance manuals and related policy guidelines and supports in conducting annual reviews on the same.
- Monitors implementation progress of action plans designed to correct incidents of non-compliance or potential issues in policies, systems or employee conduct.
- Monitors Businesses on a daily base to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Lead the completion of annual Compliance plan deliveries and tasks managed by the Department.
- Lead activities associated with business units regulatory compliance plan, including: conducting investigations, drafting investigation reports and drafting responses to regulatory requests for information or data requests.
- Prepares compliance reports to regulatory authorities, governance forums and ensures they are delivered in a timely manner and as per the requirements.
- Ensures maintenance of records related to compliance correspondence between AHB and regulatory authorities for future reference.

**Learning and Development**
- Keeps abreast with changes and develop procedures to ensure that all changes in the regulatory environments in the region and globally are captured and analysed on a timely basis.

**Salary**: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
