Financial Controller

At mustard&linen We are looking for a results-driven and confident financial controller to manage and improve our organization's financial performance and direct our accounting operations. Duties for the financial controller will include managing accounting records, evaluating, and managing risk, ensuring compliance with regulations, publishing financial statements, overseeing accounting operations, analyzing financial data, monitoring expenditure, forecasting revenue, coordinating auditing processes, and ensuring accuracy of financial information.
Your strategic planning and exceptional numerical proficiency as a financial controller will aid our organization in maintaining positive revenue and financial growth, formulating sound financial strategies, implementing proper internal controls, achieving organizational targets, and developing financial plans that support organizational strategy.
**Required Skills**:
- Master's degree in accounting or equivalent. (ACCA, CA, CPA, FCCA)
- Proven experience in finance management.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
- Auditing experience.
- Compliance oriented.
- Proficiency in accounting software. (Tally & Oracle)
- Analytical skills.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Preparing financial reports. Month -end, quarter end and year end financial statements and management reports
- Analyzing financial data.
- Monitoring internal controls.
- Monthly reporting to the group company (trial Balance, profit and loss account, balance sheet)
- Cash flow management
- A + is to be able to develop strategic business plans and financial forecast.
- Overseeing and preparing income statements.
- Participating in budgeting processes.
- Managing financial transactions.
- Streamlining accounting functions and operations.
- Developing plans for financial growth.
- Evaluating and managing risk.
- Coordinating audit processes.
**Salary**: AED12,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
