**Assist in Cost Estimation**:

- Support the preparation of detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and other expenses.
- Gather and analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documentation.
- Calculate quantities and perform take-offs for various construction elements. **Bid Preparation**:

- Assist in preparing and submitting project bids and proposals based on client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of bid documents, project details, and cost breakdowns.
- Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes and ensure competitive pricing. **Document Control**:

- Organize and maintain project files, including drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible for the team.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**:

- Work closely with the Senior Estimator and Project Managers to align project budgets with execution strategies.
- Assist in reviewing and refining project specifications and scope to identify cost-saving opportunities. **Market Research**:

- Stay updated on market trends, construction costs, and new materials to provide input on competitive bidding.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers. **Support in Variations and Change Orders**:

- Assist in preparing variation orders by analyzing changes in project scope.
- Support in evaluating the impact of changes on the overall project budget. **Reporting**:

- Prepare regular progress reports on estimation activities.
- Track project cost performance and assist in preparing cost-to-complete projections.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in construction or interior fit-out estimation is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimating software.
- **Knowledge**: Basic understanding of construction methodologies, project specifications, and materials.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy in preparing cost estimates and bid proposals.
- **Communication**: Good verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with various stakeholders.
