We are currently seeking a skilled Landscape Architect Designer with strong technical expertise and a proven track record of notable project experience to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative and functional landscape designs for a variety of projects, including commercial, residential, hospitality, and public spaces.
- Create detailed construction documents, technical drawings, and design specifications using advanced design software.
- Conduct site analyses, including environmental assessments, soil evaluations, and landscape feasibility studies.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure cohesive project development and delivery.
- Oversee the implementation of designs, providing technical support and guidance throughout the construction phase.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant regulations, sustainability standards, and best practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
- Proven experience in landscape design with a strong portfolio of notable projects.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Technical expertise in creating detailed plans, sections, elevations, and construction documentation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of landscape architecture standards, materials, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with sustainable and green design practices.
- Familiarity with GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and landscape modeling tools.
- Licensed Landscape Architect or in the process of obtaining licensure.

- Design and implementation of urban parks and public spaces
- Large-scale commercial, hospitality and residential developments
- Master planning and environmental restoration projects
- High-profile or award-winning design initiatives

Pay: From AED1.00 per month
