Qualifications & Experience: Legal.Legal Administration : 8+ Years Post Graduate Diploma (12+4 or equivalent) : Specific to Group Legal - Recognised paralegal qualification with current certification, including, without limitation, qualification as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives or Company Secretary, or a Law degree from a recognised university, the degree to include a course in Law of Contract (common law) and completion of Legal Practice Course (LPC) qualification (Note: Law degree usually completed in three to four years and LPC in one year full time or two years part time). - Specialised knowledge and experience in litigation processes, intellectual property laws and commercial agreements Specific to the DPO - Law degree from a recognised university Specific to Group Legal 8 years post graduate experience in a corporate in-house Legal Department or Law firm in the capacity of a Paralegal Adviser preferred. - 2+ years data privacy experience within a Legal, Compliance or Data Privacy Office function Knowledge / skills: - Specialised knowledge and experience in data privacy requirements and processes of the EU General Data Protection Regulations.
