Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapy sessions in clients' homes, utilizing effective techniques and resources.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care.
Monitor and document client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Stay current with best practices and advancements in speech therapy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Valid license to practice as a Speech Therapist.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in homecare or a similar setting preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
