**We’re Hiring - Electrical BIM Modeler**

**Position**: Electrical BIM Modeler

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of relevant **UAE experience** in Electrical BIM Modeling
- Proficiency in **BIM software tools** (AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360, etc.)
- Strong understanding of **MEP coordination and electrical layouts**:

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and update detailed **Electrical BIM models** as per project standards
- Coordinate with **MEP disciplines** to ensure clash-free models
- Prepare accurate **shop drawings** and documentation
- Implement company BIM standards and workflows
- Collaborate with engineers and site teams for design coordination
- Support project delivery within timelines and quality standards
